I Need Help On how to make Mr. Game & Watch Octopus from Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a super
And I need to know how to set the number on the super Bar.

your power increases the more attacks you do (or have a specific move that charges up power)

you control how much power one receives from an attack from poweradd under the statedef.

1 on the bar = 1000 power

to minus power when you do an attack just make the value negative.

Or...

use a state using poweradd type if you don't want to do it directly under the statedef

EX:

[State *, PowerAdd]
type = PowerAdd
trigger1 = *
value = *

I figured how to make the octopus Know I need To Know how to make animations to out in front Of it and the end of it so
After The Octopus Move he goes back on the Ground No matter how hi you fly up

you transfer the octapus to a state with a velocity going down till you hit the ground and then have the transformation back to normal occur. Or you can have it that if it transforms in air the character falls to the ground.
