I gotta say I'm proud of this.
It has sounds, even the voice of Toshiro.
It has combos..
And has a fair difficulty for the A.I

That's what I think, well, just judge for yourselves.

( Keyboard Keys)

z = light slash
forward + z = horizontal slash
down + z = reiatsu release
back + z = upward slash
in air + z = aerial slash
x = frost slash
forward + x = flying frost [projectile]
down + x = ice ball [projectile]
back + x = upward flying frost [projectile]
in air + x = big ice frost [ projectile]

NOTE: you can combo all light attacks [Z] plus
one strong attack [X].
example : z + forward + z + back + z + x
in this formula, X is the finishing blow of the combo...

Special moves
Level 1 -- Glacial Spike -- A
Level 2 -- Hyorinmaru -- Forward + A
Level 2 -- Glacial Ice Lift -- Back + A
Level 3 -- Bankai : Daiguren Hyorinmaru -- S

Others
Y -- Taunt -- [earns 500 power]

Well, I have to say first, I was disappointed. The character is great. I have played with tons of Hitsugaya's, and your def. makes the top 5. I will take a venture and assume that you do not yet know how to program transformations. I think if you had programmed bankai it would have added a little more sparkle. At first when I was trying to use him I got confused. Then I realized the controls you posted are not the universal MUGEN controls but the default controls one may tell their unexperienced friend when playing vs. for the first time. This is fine just if you wish to be a little more professional it would be best if in the future you use the universal controls when describing the interface. Which brings me to my main point. I saw in your post your excellent intro to the character and thought to myself "Wow he must have copy and pasted from his ReadMe file, what a pro!" Then after downloading I was surprised to find no readme file. Some of the best chars in MUGEN are underestimated because the creator failed to provide a clear, detailed move list. I made this for anyone else that wants to play/test your char because not all of us have photo mem. (or are lucky enough to keep the browser open) Did you plan for his aerial frost attack to only work after a double jump?

There is much more I would like to say but I am tired and I may be coming off as too critical so I will stop now and give you your score.

Concept: 8/10 - Hitsugaya everyone loves him but few can bring him to life in MUGEN
Sprites and Animation: 6.5/10 - I wanted to give you 7 but I also want to give you an accurate interpretation.
Sound: 10/10 - ripped from JUS?
Controls: 10/10 - Even though you presented them wrong they are great. Easy to master in seconds.
A.I. - 10/10 Not too hard but it never got boring.

Things I Would Like To See

A Flash Step
Maybe another charge move aside from his taunt
Bankai mode(just because, he is fine w/out it)
A jump back move something besides running backwards
Slow down his stance animation he looks like he is in the middle of a sugar rush.
Speed of the aerial frost animation so he can use it w/out double jumping

Overall, he passes. This is a character I would consider showing off to my friends.

I hope that you will respond well and soon to this, because I much I would like to talk to you about.

hey, omnifox, thanks!
anyway, first of all i did not do any transformation codes
cause he did not have any transformed sprites in his sprite sheet. but if you demanded it earlier, i woulda made custom edits to his moves. but that would take a lifetime. i wanted to just copy the gameplay directly from JUS.yeah, in JUS there was no any kind of transformaton during battle. but, well..
look at his sheet here.
second i got the sounds from a Bleach ps2 game.

Also, thanks for making the ReadMe file. I WAS planning to make one! But I am already at the point where I was uploading it at mediafire. So I got lazy and didn't do it. It was my fault for being lazy there.. sorry.

I was proud of making this as said, but I wasn't confident. So your criticisms were right.

Enough of that..
But I will be creating his Version 2 from your ideas.

Anyway, I was planning to make J.U.S. Mugen besides my plan of joining the Blaze Mugen Team. But I LACK people. Finally I found another. So you also make J.U.S. Mugen? Also, Sir_Killz is interested in J.U.S. mugen, as seen on another thread. I hope..

lol excellent.

I understand the situation with Bankai. Like I said though I only want it cuz I am a Bleach geek. Your Hitsugaya would be perfect in the JUS MUGEN. I wish I could make stages. sad

Finding someone else that shares my dream has awakened my MUGEN spirit. I have not played with Train but I downloaded him. I am sure he is as good as Hitsugaya was.

UrOz is you are reading this I want you to know I think you set me up. You knew if I came back to find another JUS MUGEN fan I wouldn't be able to leave. happy
